The People Behind the Mission

Our Team

Community advocates, educators, and volunteers united by a single belief: that no one is too far gone to be reached.

Leadership

Robert Jafari

Robert Jafari

Founder & President

Sacramento native Robert Jafari is a dedicated community activist and the Founder and President of Reaching the Unreachable. Sentenced to prison as a teenager, Robert took a path of profound personal rehabilitation and has since committed his life to giving back.

He has taught emotional literacy classes to incarcerated individuals, helping them navigate their own paths to growth. His tireless work in community advocacy has earned official recognition from the California State Senate.

Above all, Robert is a proud son, brother, and father driven by a lifelong mission to empower and uplift those who need it most — the very people society too often labels as "too far gone."
